Role Description
The Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will report to the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst. You will also assists the wider global partnerships team with the day to day running of the international ticketing for shows touring across the European and APAC markets within partnership agreement.
One of the roles of Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst is to create and manage reports from different ticket agents within the partnership agreement and analyse ticket sales, the Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will have the same core goal.
This is an admin heavy role based solely around supporting the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst with sales reporting, data collation and will require a head for numbers, spreadsheets, reporting tools and a keen eye for detail. There will be lots of growth and development opportunities within the world of international ticketing and partnerships after a period of time.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Some ticketing experience preferred
  • Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using Excel at intermediate or above level
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons
  • Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Combines analytical thought with creativity to excel and problem-solving
  • Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily

What the role includes
  • To collate and report all tour sales figures within the partnership agreement once a week and during on sale periods
  • To collate previous tour data for analysing purposes
  • To collate show set up information as needed
  • General assisting and any other tasks as necessary to aid the department
