Working closely with your manager and supporting your team on all day-to-day tasks including planning, reporting, financial reconciliation and billing
Staying in constant contact with the relevant internal teams e.g. specialisms such as Biddable, Reservation & Partnerships to ensure all day-to-day needs are being met and tasks are being completed to deadline and specification
Taking ownership of status documents, project trackers, PO trackers and all finance tracking/reporting to client etc.
Owning key sections of Response To Briefs or Post Campaign Analysis – e.g. audience analysis, campaigns – to show key planning skills
Connecting with media owners to gain a good knowledge of the marketplace
Clients will include Amazon DSP, Webfleet and Hilti, who are all part of the newly formed B2B unit within T&Pm – this means that reporting and maintaining KPI’s are a vital part of the accounts.
Excellent organisational skills
