The Role
This role is across both the Hyundai and Viatris accounts (50/50 split).  Two great brands to work on as you progress in your career.
This role will be assisting the Account Director and Client Partner in managing the accounts while also driving innovation and maintaining strong day to day management across various business areas connected to each account. Key will also be managing and ensuring happy and motivated Executives across both accounts to deliver excellence in all aspects of our client partnerships.
Hyundai:
Hyundai is one of the top 15 car manufacturers in the UK.  We have a long and established relationship with the account (along with Kia/Genesis) for over 14 years and have continued to grow our European relationship with them.   With the continued race to electrification and becoming carbon neutral it is interesting times in the automotive industry.  Their recent models across IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 5N have put them in an exceptionally strong position and they are firmly in the fight to become the UK EV leader.  It’s a challenging but exciting time in the auto industry as brands fight to win out in this space!
Across 2023/24 we have delivered some really exciting work and helped them drive business growth by balancing brand and performance media.   We are about to be briefed on 2025 which no doubt will continue to focus on the electrification agenda and how we continue to grow the brand which in turn will hopefully allow us to showcase great work and the power of our planning in delivering meaningful media.  We have our eyes on some award winning work!
Our contract is held through Innocean (responsible for delivering creative and digital) and therefore they essentially are our client too.  It is therefore key we balance both relationships along with our European colleagues too through the whole process.  We have great clients who are engaging and passionate but also good fun socially….we have been receiving excellent service satisfaction scores so we are looking for someone who can continue to help support the team in delivering this.  An interest in cars and or the carbon neutral agenda is also a plus but not a deal breaker!
Viatris:
A global healthcare company with a local approach. Born in 2020 from the combination of two previously well-established pharmaceutical organisations, and with a mission to empower people to live healthier lives regardless of geography or circumstance.
As one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the UK, their heritage means that some of their medicines have been helping patients for more than 60 years and they are proud to support the NHS with access to affordable medicines.  Viatris are a global client for Havas and this role is specifically for the UK market and covers brands including Viagra Connect, Difflam and CB12. Our award winning planning work covers key ATL channels with digital being a core part of the media mix.
You or your team, you will be critical in making sure your client’s business’s and, your team around you are supported taking an active role in delivering against:

  • Enabling the development of junior reports, and working with a Director to produce development plans for more junior members of the team, ensuring they have opportunities to learn all the expected disciplines

Role Competencies The successful candidate will be able to deliver upon the following:
  • Owning day-to-day relationships with key media owners and clients
  • Able to effectively communicate results, tests and day-to-day optimisations with internal and external teams
  • Responsible for billing accuracy and timeliness and lead the financial booking and reconciliation process for campaign on their clients
  • Works with a Director to develop incremental business proposals in line with wider agency priorities
  • Can identify and understand relevant commercial terms, processes, and concepts to deliver agreed outcomes
  • Is able to identify and define target audiences built out from relevant tools on who the target audience should be and cites previous work to support their ideas.
  • Has a clear understanding of the steps within Havas Planning process and support the delivery of the overall strategy
  • Become efficient in using relevant industry tool, for example, Telmar, Touchpoints, Hitwise, Addynamix, Mediaplanner, YouGov
  • Able to create channel briefs with support
