Job Description :
The role
You’ll report to Client Partner. You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working within production or publicity in the entertainment industry.
The role of the Producer (Production) is to support the senior Producer and handle where necessary all aspects of the planning and execution of our junkets and shoots, including but not limited to press junkets; on-set EPK shoots; red carpet content and any additional shoot / content capturing as required by our clients and the business.
The Producer is an exceptional team player and who is adept at managing multiple projects, is highly organised and process-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting and at times managing production budget creation, managing operational logistics, junket production and crew management.

Be a team player – we work in teams almost all of the time so you need to be dependable and accountable
Bring the energy – be prepared to keep a cool head when working under pressure

Ability to be flexible - adapt to changing priorities and situations, being able to juggle complex workstreams.
Your specialism
As a member of the Production Team, you’ll need to be an expert in these areas:
  • Producing junkets / shoots – management and execution of low-mid level junkets/on-set visits for EPKs/shoots etc, ensuring smooth running and de-rigs.
  • Support the Senior Producer in the management of top-level, high-profile multi-talent junkets
  • Management of locations & crew – ensure locations and crew all managed effectively
  • Cost and Budget management – support and manage where appropriate the production budget and put together final costs, managing all costs / budget documents, including Concur management Invoice management –support as required on invoice management such as submitting crew invoices to the accounting team
  • Client relations – support and lead where appropriate on client comms and day to day client management, ensuring briefs and expectations are met
  • Creating grids/schedules – co-ordinate and manage master junket grids and schedules, working closely with PR teams as required
  • Support clients on the creative elements of a junket – producing junket backgrounds, title treatments and supervise the overall theme and vision of the junket
  • Crew lists / call sheets – create and circulate crew lists & call sheets ahead of junkets / on-set activity as required
  • Booking equipment and crew – book freelancers / local crew / production staff as required per job
  • Equipment management for virtual activity - hiring laptops and ensuring all kit required ahead of virtual junkets are booked
  • Arranging/managing delivery and collection to the location of all equipment / virtual kit / laptops
  • Post-production of junkets, ensuring that all interview links work and are shared with PRs in a timely manner
  • Occasionally work outside of standard working hours at screenings, events, set visits, premieres, junkets and international film and television festivals if required and as agreed
  • Feed into agency Goal setting with proactive initiatives and positive ideas around the key pillars of People, Work, Clients, Reputation and Growth.
  • Share your knowledge, learnings and experience with the broader team and contribute to the training and development of your colleagues.
  • Be passionate – show a keen interest and knowledge of entertainment content, particularly film and television.
  • Be fully competent with internal finance processes; including overseeing of campaign budgets, processing POs and invoices efficiently, working on Pulse (full training to be given)
  • Take responsibility for Team wealth, help to foster a positive team environment and culture, building and supporting relationships within your team
  • Identify new business opportunities that could bring new clients and revenue to the agency.
  • Proactively promote the work your project teams have delivered both internally via company meetings and weekly round-ups and externally through the Organic social channels. Understand the importance of corporate communications and reputation building for the agency - identify and pursue opportunities for team members to participate in panels, trade and consumer press features, thought leadership pieces, podcasts, talks, webinars and etc in order to promote the agency and the team.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for Organic to be a force for good – through pro bono work, certain important projects or filmmakers’ work or through social issue driven initiatives.
Desirable
  • Experience of working at press junkets / on-set specifically in a production capacity, e.g. room timing, junket management, crew management, EPK filming, event capturing
  • Experience in planning of press junkets e.g. creation of AAG docs
Essential
  • Excellent entertainment relationships within the film and/or TV industry
  • Excellent data, excel and budget skills
  • Maintains an exceptional level of professionalism and the ability to hold your own under pressure.
  • Experience in working with high profile talent
