Bauer Media Audio UK (BMA UK) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support high-impact commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing BMA UK’s revenue management capabilities, audio advertising strategy, and consumer-facing website performance. This role is critical for driving commercial growth within Bauer’s audio portfolio, where the Project Manager will work with senior leadership to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of key commercial projects.
Project Execution: Plan and deliver commercially focused projects that align with BMA UK’s revenue management and audio advertising strategies, ensuring successful and timely project outcomes.
System Integration: Coordinate the deployment and integration of new systems or upgraded processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and adoption.
Stakeholder Reporting: Lead regular reporting meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to ensure visibility and alignment with BMA UK’s goals.
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for each project, tracking metrics such as revenue growth, operational efficiency, and return on investment (ROI) for measurable success.
Revenue Enhancement: Drive initiatives that support the commercial development of audio advertising platforms, fostering sustainable growth in alignment with Bauer’s broader business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, finance, ad operations, marketing, and technology, ensuring each project aligns with Bauer’s strategic objectives.
Optimization and Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine project execution and optimize future commercial strategies.
Primary Liaison: Serve as a key contact for senior executives, facilitating alignment on project milestones, deliverables, and overall strategic direction.
Leadership Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across BMA UK and global teams, providing regular updates and fostering cross-market engagement to support Bauer’s growth objectives.
Knowledge (Education/Work Experience/Certifications)
Degree in Business, Project Management, Media, or a related field.
Preferred project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Skills (personal, social, leadership & methodical competencies, incl. IT/language skills):
Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing complex commercial projects within the media, audio, or entertainment industries.
Analytical & Solution-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach to project challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building relationships and presenting project updates to senior stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello, and experience with CRM, revenue management, or data-driven sales systems.
Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
Able to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex workflows, and handle shifting project requirements with agility.
