We're currently looking for a Ranging & Merchandising Programme Manager to join us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. You'd be responsible for the overall programme management of a wide range of ranging and merchandising activity, from standalone category activation through to business-wide commercial programmes. You will define and own our annual ranging programme for Grocery ensuring we prioritise and deliver against our strategic outcomes to achieve Next Level Sainsbury’s. To succeed you must be highly organised and strategic and be able to manage competing requests from senior leaders; managing trade-offs to ensure we deliver at pace.

As a Ranging & Merchandising Programme Manager at Sainsbury's, your role will be responsible for the overall programme management of a wide range of ranging and merchandising activity, from standalone category activation through to MSRs and business-wide commercial programmes . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including category teams and merchandisers to develop and execute strategic ranging plans that drive sales and profitability. You will define and own our annual ranging programme for Grocery ensuring we prioritise and deliver against our strategic outcomes to achieve Next Level Sainsbury’s Who you are
As a Ranging & Merchandising Programme Manager at Sainsbury's, you are a highly skilled and experienced professional who is highly organised and strategic and be able to manage competing requests from senior leaders; managing trade-offs to ensure we deliver at pace. With your strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, you excel at driving effective merchandising programmes that align with business goals and maximise sales and profitability opportunities. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills allow you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including category management, buying, and supply chain, to deliver successful merchandising initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive profitability. With your passion for innovation and continuous improvement, you contribute to the growth and success of Sainsbury's as a leading retail brand.
