What you'll do: You’ll be tasked with leading and inspiring a team of Retail Event Analysts to deliver exceptional service for customers and colleagues through planning and execution of instore seasonal events, alongside coaching and developing them to achieve their personal our corporate strategy.
Your role will involve driving a performance edge culture, demonstrating continuous improvements in service levels and business KPIs, by leveraging your end-to-end understanding of the business and commercial acumen.
You will build strong relationships with various teams across Retail, Commercial, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless delivery of events while continually striving to enhance processes and systemic functionality with a customer and commercial focus.
Who you are: A dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in driving improved customer satisfaction, availability, and sales through the successful planning and execution of retail events.
Your ability to inspire and lead, build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives will demonstrate your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving operational excellence.
With a strong focus on performance edge, stakeholder engagement, retail industry knowledge, and team development, you will bring a blend of leadership, critical thinking, and commercial acumen to drive the success of retail events and enhance overall business performance.
NOTE: Internally this role is know as a Retail Events Manager and location is flexible.
