What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Marketing: 🔄 Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop consumer-facing strategies for LADbible Group’s portfolio of brands.
  • Cultural Innovation: 🌟 Identify key cultural moments and trends where our brands can make a difference through compelling content and creative activations.
  • Campaign Execution: 🎥 Launch socially-driven campaigns, video content, and experiential activations that amplify our reach and embody our personality.
  • Relationship Building: 🔗 Foster strong connections with brands, charities, talent, and internal departments to unlock new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: 👥 Lead and develop a Marketing Executive, creating an environment where they can thrive and produce best-in-class work.
  • Content Management: 🔁 Oversee projects from strategy and content development to social activation, working closely with social video production teams.
  • Reactive Activations: ⚡ Jump into relevant conversations with agile, socially-led initiatives such as content or creative tools like AR filters.
  • B2B Marketing: 💬 Partner with the team to shape our external comms strategy and B2B brand marketing narrative.
  • Efficient Operations: 💰 Negotiate contracts with third-party suppliers and manage partnerships with efficiency and precision.
  • Ambassador Programs: 🌐 Build and manage an ambassador program featuring creators, presenters, and thought-leaders to represent our brands.
  • Brand Advocacy: 🌍 Champion LADbible Group’s brands internally, ensuring everyone is equipped with a strong understanding of our portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 📅 At least 5 years in a creative, content, or marketing role within an agency or consumer-facing brand.
  • Youth Expertise: 🎉 Proven success in targeting the 18-30 audience through impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Visionary Thinking: 🥳 A passion for brand development, creative ideation, and driving cultural relevance.
  • Project Leadership: 📘 Strong project management skills, with the ability to own campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Social Savvy: 🕺 Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and activation best practices.
  • Creative Instincts: 🎨 A sharp eye for impactful art direction and radical approaches to content.
  • Video Production Confidence: 📹 Comfortable leading video production and creating mobile-first content with tools like Premiere.
  • Trend Spotting: 🔎 Ability to identify emerging cultural trends and niches, with strong knowledge in entertainment, gaming, music, and sport.
  • Influencer Collaboration: 👤 Experience creating successful partnerships with influencers, presenters, and creators.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: 🔢 Skilled at using insights to inform strategy and creative execution.
