The Role
This role sits within our global People Team and reports to the VP of People for Employee Relations, Compliance & Integration. This is a fast-paced role where strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills will be essential to be successful in the role. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and individuals, both internally and externally.
What will you be doing?
  • Serve as point of contact between our internal team, The Talent Group (TTG), the commercial team, and legal team(s) for all Full Time Employee talent projects
  • Liaise with HRBPs to gain approval for FTE involvement in talent projects
  • Complete social media checks on selected internal talent
  • Partner with TTG Commercial team members to track and ensure the fulfilment of contracts prior to providing services, invoices, etc.
  • Liaise with the legal team on program details and talent agreements
  • Ensure completion and processing of talent service agreements, releases and other business/legal documents relating to the production of content and booking of talent
  • Ensure all commercial trackers are up to date with the help of TTG Commercial team members
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in Finance to manage/track/report all revenue and project/reconcile expenses
  • Administer and oversee workflow efficiencies across the department
  • Some understanding of branded content as well as experience pricing talent for activations including, sponsorships, advertising, paid + organic social posts, video, events and native is preferred
Who you are:
  • Proven business and legal experience or paralegal experience
  • Legal degree or Paralegal qualification, or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, team player, eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organisation
  • Detailed-oriented, highly organised, the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage relationships, problem-solve, and drive processes forward for change
