WPP at Cannes Lions: Known as the “Oscars of Advertising” the WPP flagship campaign includes a week long hospitality space for thousands of clients, partners and leaders from the business, with a programme of talks, meetings and private events.
WPP Stream: An exclusive, invitation-only innovation summit for CEOs, clients, and partners, held globally and recognized by WIRED as "one of the world's best technology conferences”.
WPP Studios: A state-of-the-art recording studio in the heart of the WPP London campus facilitating broadcast-quality content creation for client pitches, executive summits, global town halls and podcasts.
We are seeking a Senior Producer to play a critical role in delivering a seamless WPP experiences at The Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2025, June 16-21, France. This role will involve management across live events and the end-to-end event technology stack, ensuring flawless execution and integration across all event activities. Beyond Cannes, you will contribute to other WPP experiences as opportunities arise.
Event Technology Management: Oversee the entire event technology ecosystem, including CRM (Salesforce/other), website content management (Splash, Cvent), registration platforms, attendee data management, communication tools, and reporting dashboards.
Project Management: Lead the implementation, testing, and maintenance of event access technology (e.g., check-in systems, mobile apps) for WPP venues at Cannes Lions. Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Client Services: Provide on-site support at Cannes Lions, managing event inquiries, troubleshooting attendee issues, and collaborating with the wider Experience Marketing team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Technology Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, ensuring seamless integration and support.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics and provide post-event analysis to inform future event planning.
Proven experience in production, with a track record of successfully managing event technology for large-scale events or festivals.
Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Excel.
Availability to travel to Cannes and work on-site from Saturday, June 14th to Saturday, June 21st, 2025 is essential.
