This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, has helped us amass a fast-growing international audience. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based TikTok Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Creating daily cross-platform social content for our editorial and agency clients driven by in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, culture, entertainment and music
Creator and VIP management, ensuring Culted work with the leading talent relevant to our audience and at the cutting edge of fashion and culture
Execute initiatives and new franchises to drive growth across fashion, beauty and art in alignment with Culted’s social media targets; understand latest social media trends and how to leverage across editorial and brand
Be proactive in finding both niche and broadscope social stories across luxury culture, quickly finding the most innovative way to cover these on social and taking initiative on creating that content alongside social team members
Performing research on trends/generating fresh ideas daily and identifying social moments before they are trending, reporting these findings into the Social Media Manager and Digital Director
Ensuring all content and audience growth targets are met by the end of each month and every quarter
Leading on social media franchises to create viral moments around luxury culture, Identifying viral content to engage with/repost on our channels
Editing content using Instagram and TikTok’s tools, Capcut, Photoshop and Premier pro, shoot and produce content for our channels
Proof-checking all content before publishing on social
Using our unique tone of voice to engage with other accounts, followers, comments and DMs on our social platforms
Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under high pressure
Ability to source viral social content across Culted verticals and to take initiative in creating and publishing this content
Excellent instincts in finding the right social format for multiple genres and topics, the ability to stay ahead of social trends
Interested in Culted verticals including luxury culture, archive fashion, entertainment and music
Track record of growing social accounts for a youth audience (focus on culture and luxury)
Thrives pitching ideas and bringing these ideas to life under tight deadlines – ability to source images and video content as well as write social captions
Extremely in-depth understanding of social media trends and algorithm, adept at conducting research reports and working findings into content planning
Expert social media content editing tools; strong skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to adapt writing style for different formats: web, video, social media posts etc.
Ability to use Adobe, Photoshop, project management tools
Excellent knowledge of the luxury fashion, culture, automotive, sport and lifestyle industries with strong contacts Will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in social media is required, experience in luxury and youth audiences an advantage
Has proven record of excellent writing/social media content production with a portfolio of viral content
Must be able to write in a relatable, creative and engaging tone for Gen-Z
Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially those of interest to Gen-Z
Will have a confident attitude towards speaking in TikTok voiceovers, interviews, etc.
Will enjoy working within a team of young creatives and collaborating with a fast-growing media company
Thorough knowledge of and experience in social media and engaging with audiences via the platform
Ability to write in a relatable, creative and engaging tone for Gen-Z
Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially those of interest to Gen-Z
Will have a confident attitude when interviewing talent for both written and video content
