This is an exciting role within the agency, and we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be pro-active with a can-do attitude.We are looking for a dynamo Social Media Manager, to work on a few key accounts.
This role will require someone that is experienced across the core social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and understands how to target the right audience groups and the formats to be successful on these channels.

In the first instance you will be working on a few key accounts. You will help on the initial set up and strategy development, content planning, content creation, delivery, and reporting. This includes growing channels from zero followers to driving engagement.

This role will cover primarily organic social media (Owned/Earned), however expertise of paid social across the same core channels will be greatly desired. You should know how to boost posts and set up a paid campaigns across the core channels.
You should also be knowledgeable about the systems/tools are required to manage the accounts.

We are also looking for someone London based, as there will be a requirement to be present at the client from time to time. The role will be hybrid work from home / client / our offices depending on requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to create a social media strategy; including the right channels, audience targeting, content pillars, post frequency / formats, and suggested project management process, reporting, and a strategy to grow social channels
  • Understanding of brand and to be able to help convert this into effective social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of all 3rd party plugins that may be required such as Campaign Monitor, NLA, Linktree, Epidemic Sounds, etc
  • Management of social media accounts, including: Monthly content planning; Content creation; Social media account management - copywriting, posting, including optimisation (in captions, alt-text, subtitles, etc); Responding to comments, liking, and reposting relevant content (to be agreed in the strategy stage), following relevant accounts – to grow the accounts; Monthly reporting and optimisation suggestions; Managing paid campaigns on social
  • Creating paid social media campaigns
  • Writing clear creative briefs for any creative production, as required. And managing the production of the social creative
  • Creation of the workflow / processes for the social media department.
  • Set up and implement a social management platform.

In addition, knowledge with Google AdWords would also be a benefit, not necessary.

Skills Required
  • Proven track record of successful clients / campaigns
  • Clear, concise, and articulate communication
  • Team player but able to work well independently
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise, delegating when needed.
  • The ability to build solid, trusted working relationships with clients and colleagues.


Desired Experience
  • 4+ years social media experience
  • Experience running social media accounts for clients from strategy through to delivery.
  • Not essential, but desired; experience managing accounts for destinations, restaurants, and F&B brands.


Salary & Timeline
We are looking for someone who can join the team on a fixed term contract, starting in Mid-Oct 2024 at 2 days a week for 6 months. Annual salary bracket £40,000-£50,000 pending experience, to be pro-rata on a fixed term contract.
Additionally, there will likely be scope to increase number of days and length of project in the future.
