Key Accountabilities
Delivery
  • Lead bi-weekly reporting meetings with cross-functional teams across nine markets, ensuring alignment on project progress and milestones.
  • Identify and address project challenges by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting with Finance and HR to maintain clear visibility over resource allocation and budget usage.
  • Facilitate task forces as needed for specific issues, driving problem-solving processes with cross-functional participation.
  • Regularly review and optimize governance structures and reporting formats to enhance program efficiency.
  • Define and align resources for new initiatives as they arise, supporting smooth execution and continuity across Bauer Media Audio’s transformation goals.
Strategy
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Transformation Management Office by ensuring that the portfolio of initiatives aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to define project scopes, milestones, and KPIs aligned with Bauer’s long-term vision as a digital audio leader.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the Audio President’s Office, providing insights on program progression and proactively identifying solutions to potential roadblocks.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships across regions, driving engagement and support for transformation initiatives at all organizational levels
Job Requirements
Knowledge
(Education/Work Experience/Certifications)
  • Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
Skills
(Personal, Social, Leadership & Methodical Competencies, incl. IT/Language Skills)
  • Program/Portfolio Management: Expertise in managing transformation projects, with a strong understanding of governance, resource allocation, and KPI tracking.
  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving project challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in senior management presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence senior leaders.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management software and tools for effective reporting and tracking.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus, given the multinational scope of responsibilities.
  • Digital Transformation: Background in digital transformation and/or managing a portfolio of initiatives within medium to large organizations.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience within the Media or Entertainment industries.
