Your New Role…
The Global Subscriber Acquisition team acts as an internal global marketing team, handling the media strategy, buying, execution, and reporting with the goal of driving subscriber growth for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) products, including MAX and discovery+.
We are looking for an organized Strategist to help grow our subscriber base through a variety of paid media channels. The ideal individual must be process driven and thrive in an operational environment. The Global Paid Media Ad Ops & Logistics team handles media operation tasks globally, from ad ops trafficking, creative delivery automation to standard approaches to paid media reporting, billing, and creative asset builds. If you are interested in working on a global team, interacting cross culturally and putting your media knowledge to work, then this is the place for you.
Your Role Accountabilities…
  • Work closely with EMEA and APAC strategy teams to ensure assets for media plans are delivered on time, to complete necessary trafficking and taxonomy work.
  • Assist with the trafficking of digital assets and ad tags to ensure all campaigns launch on-time with flawless execution.
  • Work closely with the Manager to oversee the development, execution, and analysis of paid acquisition campaigns that will primarily run across SEM, paid social, and programmatic.
  • Facilitate paid media billing duties – ensuring invoices are received, amounts match actualized platform spends, and POs are opened in respective Finance platforms
  • Assist with the reporting of strategic insights that can be leveraged across the team such as best performing messaging and audiences. This includes the ongoing collaboration of structured A/B tests with paid media campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience…
  • Some experience in paid digital media experience; media agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid foundational understanding of media concepts, terminology, and bid-based buying models with hands-on execution experience in at least one of: paid search, paid social, display (across multiple markets preferred).
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, Campaign Manager 360, and taxonomy development tools a plus
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytics skills are a must.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
