We’re looking for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our creative team. The role is varied and will allow you to get stuck into all elements of our work; client campaigns, partnerships and events. This is a junior role offering an exciting opportunity to break into the creative industries.
Supporting the elevenfiftyfive team on all aspects of event and campaign management, production and operations.
Create client facing pitch decks and campaign reporting docs.
Liaising with clients & suppliers.
Asset creation and design support (e.g. social media assets, website assets, on-screen i-dents, set design & moodboards).
Attend screenings and events.
Adhoc social media support and content creation.
Creating, updating and organising and improving documents and files across Monday, Google Drive, Keynote.
Taking minutes during meetings.
Updating eff agency channels including eff website, LinkedIn, The Dots.
Booking travel/accommodation.
Manage post, deliveries and couriers.
Adhoc company admin.
Watch out for relevant creative updates to share with the team.
Experience using Google Workspace (G-suite) including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram & TikTok
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or In-Design to create assets for web, social media and/or marketing materials
Strong attention to detail and an ability to set deadlines and to meet them
Good financial literacy
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
An eye for what looks great (and what doesn’t!)
Positive, self-motivated, kind
A love of film and television with a finger on the pulse of pop culture desirable
Experience working with agencies, clients, brands, film or cinemas
Experience in event cinema
Knowledge of Squarespace or any similar CMS
Experience in SEO and/or writing for the web
Video editing skills
Campaign and/or event production experience
