The integrated B2C marketing team builds brand awareness, consideration, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience for fastest growing marketplace in the U.K – Tik Tok Shop. B2C marketing’s key role is to ensure that more consumers in the U.K. start shopping on our app through strategic and impactful digital communications that aim to remove/reduce existing barrier of consideration. We run consumer facing day to day (organic and paid) digital communications as well as working alongside various functions across the business (e.g. campaigns/creators/shoptab/categories etc.) we provide support during their key activity moments (new brand launches, platform sale campaigns etc.).

We are seeking creative and strategic, hands on and result oriented CRM Email Marketing Manager (B2C) who will report into B2C Marketing and Brand Lead to be responsible for creating, developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategy for our consumer vertical.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of marketplace / e-commerce / app based business.
Segmentation & Customer journey:
Own segmentation strategy based on analysis of customer behaviour and insights
Own optimisation, delivery, and reporting of all automated campaigns, creating a best-in-class customer journey experience
Design the CRM roadmap with actionable tasks to meet KPIs and targets
Implement campaign personalisation with the goal of having a fully personalised experience per recipient
Accelerate CRM Channel growth:
Identify new opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, and retention
Explore and design loyalty programs with the aim to increase customer retention and customer lifetime value
Explore and design referral program
Own direct messaging channel (in-app push)
Measurement, analysis and optimisation:
Measure and analyse ROI from campaigns, producing regular reports on email performance for weekly and monthly performance
Optimise campaigns when and if needed
Work closely with design team to create best in class email templates optimised for mobile
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong CRM experience within e-commerce or marketplace businesses: segmentation, personalisation, customer lifecycle and end-to-end journey etc.
Analytical skills, proficient in email engagement metrics, able to build performance reports
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
Highly driven, resilient, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple deadlines/three different brands in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Understanding of Digital Marketing, Loyalty and Design principles
