We’re looking for a Video Producer to join our digital team at our Northwest locations on a permanent basis.
As a Video Producer your role will be part of the video team are responsible for the delivery of the video elements of campaigns. You will work towards Bauer Media’s goal of having best in class video services in the UK.
Our Team
The Bauer Create team are made up of digital, creative and advertising experts based across the UK.
The Bauer Create Video Production teamwork across our radio brands to produce video content for a wide variety of commercial clients. We work closely with branded content and creative teams to deliver cross platform campaigns with video at the heart of them.  We produce everything from social video to local TV adverts using the latest Sony video production equipment.

This is a hybrid role that supports a mix of working from home, in the field and from our office locations in the Northwest.
What you’ll be doing
Edit and deliver videos to a best-in-class standard.
Assist with production, shoots and edits including Camera, audio and lighting operation.
Ensuring all content is delivered within budget and internal / external resources are optimised.
Act on client feedback, identifying client requests.
Edit using Final Cut X, Premier Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
Work closely with local sales teams to inspire video pitches.
Collaborate with Branded Content and Creative teams.
Building up trusting relationships with our client and account mangers.
Travel around the UK on shoots up to 3 days per week
What you’ll bring
A full UK Driving license.
High quality video productions skills.
Experience delivering quality customer service.
Previous experience collaborating with different teams to drive results.
Experience bringing ideas to life and presenting them.
