Join Our Team at KISS as a Video Producer!
Are you passionate about creating dynamic, stand-out visual content that connects with audiences? KISS is looking for a talented Video Producer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis!
As our Video Producer KISS & KISS Fresh, you will focus on creating stand-out visual content for our new music station KISS Fresh, as well as creating social video for the rest of the KISS Network aimed at our 15-35-year-old online audience.  

This is a very collaborative role that works closely with teams throughout KISS including Programming, Marketing and Music. It’s a hands-on and varied role, centred around filming, editing and creative idea brainstorming. You will be working mainly in our office in central London, but there is flexibility for some working from home.
Whether in the studio, on location, at our brand-owned events in the UK and abroad, you have a passion for, and expert knowledge of, short-form video and its potential to both drive awareness of KISS and create an emotional connection with our audience.
We follow a hybrid working model, you will be expected to work from home and our office location in London. Flexibility with hours essential, reasonable notice on hours changing will always be given by the team/ business.

What you’ll be doing:
Conceptualising, filming and editing KISS Fresh video content – everything from daily show content, to hero editorial video, and content at live events. You will own the whole video production process from filming/editing to uploading, titling/tagging and designing cover images.
Collaborating with the KISS Fresh production team to generate creative ideas for interviews and live events.
Pre-production and management of video shoots, including liaising with cross-functional Bauer teams, relevant third parties, and suppliers e.g. video kit hire companies.
Confidently setting up lighting equipment and monitoring sound quality, and ensuring these are industry standard.
Development of social video ideas and content formats, including pitching new video concepts to wider teams.
Working with the wider social and video team to feed into ongoing video content strategy for the KISS network.
Working with commercial stakeholders to create best-in-class co-branded video content.
Work out of hours at KISS/KISS Fresh events, filming, live posting on our social media platforms and creating content on the go, when required.
What you’ll bring:
Skilled self-shooter with expertise in Canon & Sony equipment, lighting, and sound setup.
Confident in directing, producing, and managing talent for in-studio and on-location shoots.
Experienced in planning, filming, and editing short-form video for various online platforms, including sound-off editing.
Highly creative with a knack for planning ambitious projects and a passion for continuous learning.
Proficient in creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with expert platform knowledge.
Experienced in live video production, including event coverage.
Capable of developing video concepts, visual treatments, and storyboards, with strong idea-pitching skills.
Strong communication, time management, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude with a deep passion for youth culture and entertainment.
