In line with our new H&M brand direction, we opened a new type of elevated store, the Brand Infuser. It’s a Womenswear stand-alone store in the heart of London. This store creates a fashion demand driven experience for all and will be tailored to fit our local fashion aspirers and their communities offering an elevated product experience, personal service, interactive moments, and an inspiring store design that reflects their lifestyle and passions. WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll maintain and create an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You’ll implement our visual identity, drive routines and selling, and support your team to deliver a customer-first experience, every time.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure direct customer service within the store by understanding customer needs
  • Keep updated with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers etc. Use your styling techniques and fashion expertise to integrate into product presentation and styling in store and to anticipate our customer´s needs
  • Execute the visual and commercial curation & styling for the store based on fashion trends according to mood boards and direction from global guidelines
  • Contribute to great customer experience by reaching consistent product & commercial presentation with cross merchandising with accessories and shoes
  • Support, coach and develop your store team and future talents
  • Organise and plan your workload according to business needs
  • Follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets and budgets
  • Support with the opening and closing of the store
