We are looking for an experienced Workplace IT Support Analyst to join and support our dynamic IT Team. This role will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, whilst helping our end-users work seamlessly. Working alongside a team of skilled technical support analysts, you will be collaborating with third-party partners and supporting our colleagues and departments at Reiss.
This role is based in both our Oxford Street offices, with the occasional travel to our stores.
Possess a resilient and focused mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a fast-paced support desk environment.
Brilliant interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships with end-users, understanding their needs.
High attention to detail and able to identify potential issues to proactively and help implement solutions to improve IT systems.
Knowledgeable about recent advancements in technology and keeping up to date with changes, to continually enhance our IT support.
Proficient in using Office 365, Mac OS X 12+ and Windows 10/11.
A strong understanding in using; Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Infrastructure Monitoring Tools, Multi-Factor Authentication, Apple Mobile Technologies and MDM solutions.
Deliver exceptional support and technical solutions for end-user issues, helping employees resolve hardware and software challenges efficiently.
Fulfil support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
Update and maintain service documentation.
Provide technical support and solutions to users across all business functions.
Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot complex issues and assist with on-site support and equipment installations as needed.
