Founded by Selma Nicholls, motivated by Riley-Ann her three-year-old daughter questioning her own identity (on two occasions) due to the limited visibility of children that looked like her on bill boards, theatre shows, the big screen, magazines, and advertising.
Selma decided to create the change she wanted her daughter and other children to see.
Looks Like Me is committed to increasing inclusivity, visibility, and employability of underrepresented groups in advertising and the creative sector.
Launching with a diverse range of Black and Minority Ethnic children (BME) aged 10 months – 10 years old, presenting joy and happiness from the finest selection of BME children.
