Problem: Gurten is a mountain near Bern, Switzerland – a popular location for hiking and family outings. As Switzerland reopens from the COVID-19 lockdown, Gurten invites visitors from beyond the local area to visit the mountain for a staycation. Solution: A widespread campaign that was created in collaboration with the Gurten Marketing team. The design uses a playful and split use of imagery, which presents the similarities and convenience of a holiday at Gurten, in comparison to those in more exotic locations. The eight campaign subjects include cuisine, travel, landmarks and activities. Highlight: Seeing the campaign in action across Switzerland and online – showcasing the many formats that were produced from large printed billboards, to email signatures, to animated online adverts.
