WUNDERMAN - Fund Female

International Women's Day 2019 - Wunderman Campaign Insight: No matter how much we fight to close the Gender Gap Pay, if we don't also look at how we're spending our money we will never reach true financial equality. If we don't look at our purchase behaviour and realise that our pounds have power (and that if we only spend them on well established, and widely male-owned businesses we're unawarely funding inequality) we won't be able to achieve what we're fighting for. Idea: The Fund Female Challenge. fundfemale.co.uk We're putting our money where our mouth is and we're challenging all our staff (and everyone else who wants to join) to only spend money on women-owned businesses for a week, so we can take steps towards a more equal economy.
