I've always made it my goal to work in as many areas of design as possible. I believe the more you know, the better you can hone your skills, and in turn the more you can apply to your craft. I would consider myself to be a ‘Multi-Disciplined Creative’. I offer a versatile, yet focused skill-set. A balance between creativity and strategy, with an emphasis on current design trades and styles. I believe my way of design and thinking heavily stems from my history of working within several design sectors such as experiential, wayfinding, graphic design, product design, creative design and brand design to name a few.Locked Pro Plan feature
We’re passionate about helping to design places that make people’s lives better… places that they can come to love, that bring a bit of joy into their lives. By putting people at the heart of our ideas and execution, we create inspiring brands and environments that bring new life, ease of use and innovation to new and existing spaces. We’re experts at place making, retail strategy, branding, wayfinding and interior design and work for some of the world’s most progressive retail developers, owners and operators.
We are in the business of 'story-telling' - approaching every project by knowing the people who will be using the places we help create and how we can talk to them, attract, inform, surprise and delight them along their journey. Put simply, we design brands and places for people. And making sure it's always an exciting, immersive, multi-sensory journey through the very essence of your brand, is a collective of highly creative and strategically-minded individuals. My assignment was to assist the lead wayfinding designer by updating the revised masterplan inclusive of client comments and new external VC locations. Also being the main point of support for Arabic/English content generation as and when, an advise on suitable Arabic fonts. Also support the future strategic development of the project.

RSU (Ravensbourne Students' Union) ensures that student voices are heard at all levels. It represents students’ opinion to the institution on all matters affecting their life and education and promotes general welfare and social, cultural and athletic activities. The SU opposes all discrimination, promotes inclusivity and actively supports Ravensbourne’s Equal Opportunities Policy. The role requires me to work very closely with the president of the Student Union in designing a new brand identity for the IOI 'Institute Of Ideas'. This entitles me to work closely with other bodies of Ravensbourne to ensure that the new brand identity reflects the future vision of the 'IOI; This being done with a new logo, colour scheme, font, animation, website etc.
My time at Lady Geek was a short yet fruitful and very educational time. As a beginner in eBook design they were very appreciative of the skills, which pushed me to improve my skills even further. In less then 2 weeks I had to re-design their latest book 'The Empathy Era' into an eBook which was then published and released onto iBook Apple Store and Amazon.
My role was one of privacy and of up-most discretion. My job required me to look at the GCSE exam results of the current year. This included me and six other colleagues who had to sort through the current year exam papers, and use Adobe Indesign to design the layout which would then be distributed to tutors all over the country.
I started at the company as an Adobe Suite Editor, but through time, determination and bringing out the best I could I got promoted as a junior creative. This was the first time I was ever placed at a higher position at a design firm and I was really happy it did. It meant that this time my ideas could be put forward into the work produced by this amazing company.
