  • Adapt Type Specimen
Adapt Type SpecimenAdapt is a hand embroidered typeface that explores the pace of embroidery. The letterforms are each constructed by cross-stitch, a well-known stitching technique that sees two diagonal lines cross. ‘Every material has its own pace’. This is represented in the design when the rhythm of the stitching alters due to the removal of several stitches - the pace is accelerated as a result.
  • Disabled People Have Sex Too.
Disabled People Have Sex Too.A campaign that aims to challenge preconceptions surrounding sex and disability. The posters couple suggestive, abstract imagery with humorous statements to subvert the audience’s expectations. A micro-site contains submitted entries of people’s real experience with sex and disability; it provides a safe space for people to feel reassured and empowered to tell their story. Users can also access the campaign via social media.
  • Ditch The Free Pitch
Ditch The Free PitchA campaign to inform designers on the negative impact that free pitching has on the industry. It consists of an information pack featuring a scratch card, a booklet, a poster and stickers. The campaign adopts a similar visual language to the lottery which acts as a metaphor for everyone losing in free pitching. It wastes time and money and devalues the design work that takes place. You can never win on the scratch card.
