    Gaucho website refreshAs passionate advocates of everything Argentine, Gaucho wanted their website copy to educate and inspire their guests. We wrote articles about Argentine food and culture to illustrate the group’s connection with the country, and crafted restaurant profiles that capture the nuances of each site’s interior and neighbourhood. We also created straplines, headlines and microcopy in keeping with the group’s tone of voice. To help them preserve the site’s personality when adding new content, we devised tone of voice and copywriting guidelines as a reference for Gaucho’s marketing team.

They asked us to help them with the mammoth task of rewriting all of their support comms, so they could improve their customer satisfaction. Language affects how people feel when things go wrong. It doesn’t matter how brilliant your policy, product or service is: if you can’t communicate clearly, your customers will remain frustrated and unhappy. Powerful communication needs exceptional copywriting from a professional. We rewrote Three’s customer support content to help them improve how they speak to their customers, whether that’s on their website, in a text message or over the phone.
