Hello!
I’m Carmellia - an Indonesian designer currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. I’m passionate about colour, shape and composition at any scale, medium and function. I have graphic design experiences related to interior design, architecture, urban planning as well as textiles from London, Colombia and Indonesia. I create a range of graphic work including stylised interior and architecture illustrations, maps, company portfolios and graphics for textile designs.
While in Colombia, I also worked on my passion project - Küe Nastar, a small Indonesian dessert business. This personal project combines two of my favourite things - design and baking. I was able to explore and learn about brand identity, packaging design and creative direction.
I'm searching for a new design oriented role where I can learn and further extend my expertise. If you like my portfolio and want to work together, I’d love to hear from you.

The work you'll see below was a collaboration between myself (graph designer), London School of Economics and Poli

- Future SunsetEntry for Adobe Design Achievement Awards 2019: This artwork is my interpretation of a sunset. I wanted to translate the emotional sensation of watching the sun set in a city setting: the sun falls while creating a warm orange glow in the sky, the air becomes cooler while the background turns dark blue, but not before seeing the purple hue between the building in the distant cityscape. I was interested in striking balance and calm using gradients and textures especially because the artwork host
