I’m Cezar Coscelli, a craft and detail-oriented creative director, copy/screenwriter, filmmaker and XR storyteller with 20 years of experience in the advertising, film, art, entertainment, beauty and tech industries.     The JourneyClient: Natura (N°1 cosmetics brand in Brazil) Agency: Tribal Brazil Natura is seen as a women’s brand and for the first time in their history, they were about to launch a campaign focused only on men. To release a new perfume fragrance for men they wanted to celebrate what to be a man means, their lives and their stories. Traditional media wasn’t working for them, they felt was too chauvinistic.     As the current Creative Director at Broders, I have a series of main responsibilities and duties, regarding the company's creative excellence, positioning, and strategies. And as a Multiplatform professional, I’m involved - in different roles and levels of leadership - in audiovisual deliveries (advertising, branded content), interactive (such as AR, VR, immersive narratives, and games), or entertainment (live shows, streaming series, feature films or TV shows) projects. In addition: I’ve been creative directing, conceptualizing, screenwriting, and ideating for integrated, innovative, and immersive campaigns and activations for some of the most important and admired clients in the business, such as Natura, Ford, iFood, Netflix, 99APP, Nubank, Ambev, PicPay, History Channel, Amazon Studios, Mercadolivre and Twitter, among others. Part of these projects have been held along with prominent global clients such as Ford Motor Company, in locations such as South America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru), the USA, and IMG (Australia, South Africa, and Thailand). I’m also the Conceptor, Screenwriter, and Director of “Inside Out”, an artistic and technological Virtual Reality independent installation (currently in pre-production) that is already highly well-anticipated and expected to hold its premiere in some of the most recognized immersive, audiovisual, and innovative events in 2022/23.
