Lead Graphic Designer

Future Cities Catapult

Dec 2014
  • Freelance
  • An urban innovation centre, where cities, businesses and universities come together to develop solutions to the future needs of our cities. I was responsible for creating the brand identity, guidelines and branded assets for a three year, EU funded project involving 15 collaborating organisations and bringing together the cities of Aarhus, Santander and London. The project had €7.2m funding and aimed to engage with citizens, local governments, communities and business to help define and build a platform, supporting experiments to improve city living and services. OrganiCity puts citizens at the heart of the process of planning and implementing experiments to improve cities. Encouraging collaboration and positive growth through the sharing of data and ideas. The complexity of this collaboration and co-creation is explored through the density of particle systems, and multiple components working together. The project has €7.2m funding and aims to engage with citizens, local governments, communities and business to help define and build a platform supporting experiments to improve city living and services.
