About me
Previous Clients include: start-ups like Escape The City, 2x Google Partners & currently working on a project for Kingston University Current Marketing Obsession: Facebook Messenger Chatbots! ---------- I believe the most successful and impactful brands put their customers first. By building authentic relationships with the people you serve, achieving product-market fit and growth becomes easier. As a multi-disciplined Growth Marketer, I help growing companies, particularly start-ups, to generate leads, increase revenue and drive ROI. Using tools, experiments, smart hacks and data, I’ve helped both B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses to connect the dots from brand message to bottom line. My approach is hands on. My story is unusual but fundamental to the results I’ve achieved. Work Philosophy: Test, Learn & Take Action.

  • How I Built A Chat Bot That Generates £50k/yr
How I Built A Chat Bot That Generates £50k/yrThis is a case study of an on site chat bot that I built for a laser hair removal clinic. The bot appeared as an out of hours chat widget that dealt with booking enquiries (the site could not take payments). The bot collected email addresses, phone numbers and names and allowed the customer to select their preferred time and location for the treatment they had selected. This is a tool that requires no client-input, other than phone call follow ups and it is set to generate at least £50k per y
  • Brand Identity Case Study: My Yoga Tribe
Brand Identity Case Study: My Yoga TribeI designed and created this presentation as case study walk through to document a client project I carried out earlier in the year. This project included market research, competitor analysis, brand discovery and identity translation as well as designer briefing and final design curation. Project Objectives: 1. Create a name & tagline for the project 2

In my current role as a Consultant I take on two main categories of project - Branding and Growth Marketing. # GROWTH Projects: ■ Currently finishing off Facebook Messenger Chat Bots for a pre-school education product, an EA/PA Career Coach and a Yoga Education Platform. Although the functionality of each bot is different the general purpose of each is to drive sign ups or sales. ■ Created a multi-channel Event Marketing Strategy: This was a time and resource-constrained project with the aim of selling out tickets to the first live event. I developed an email marketing strategy (incl. content themes) to engage the existing audience. This was supported by a simple awareness campaign on Instagram and a perception-based discount strategy. The plan included leveraging the speakers as influencers to drive ticket sales. Included UTM tracking for post campaign analysis. Achieved the clients goal with zero ad spend. # BRANDING Projects: ■ Worked with brands to develop visual identities, brand TOV and a clear message. ■ Carried out industry and competitor research to inform strategy, positioning and messaging. ■ Designed custom Discovery Questionnaires to help clients connect with their core values as a brand and streamline on-boarding ■ Oversaw multiple B2B rebranding projects where I took clients through brand discovery to visual identity (assets included typography, logos, colour palettes, submarks, taglines, brand name development) ■ Strong visual presentation skills - introduced a new style of visual briefs to optimise the revision process with the designer. ■ Managed client prospecting and on-boarding ■ Managed client base and projects using collab tools like Trello, Saleflare and Monday.com

I studied abroad at UCSD. The pre-requisite for acceptance was completing my first year at King's with a minimum of a 2.1. I achieved a first. Like all good 19 year olds should, I spent most of my time having fun. I made lifelong friendships, navigated my first time away from home and went on to road trip the entire west coast of North America. Nothing beats life experience.

Skills honed: experimental design, data collection, data analysis, statistics Dissertation: I investigated the impact of a rare gene mutation in a young boy. Guided by my supervisor, I carried out an array CGH analysis and then used a bioinformatic tool to compare his results with other human genome data. I was awarded a first for my project.
