    As part of the External Affairs Team, I play a key role in ensuring that UAL delivers an excellent customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities include: • Providing operational guidance and support to colleagues throughout UAL who are using the Salesforce CRM.
 • Being the first point of contact for CRM system users who require advice, guidance and support to undertake CRM activities in the areas of enquiry handling, event management and communications.
 • Devising and supporting the delivery of training sessions and associated documentation such as manuals, crib sheets and video tutorials through a training site (Trailhead) to users of the CRM system. 
 • Carrying out and interpreting regular audits of CRM practices and systems to ensure the highest standards of data integrity are being maintained.
 • Identifying, monitoring, reporting on and seeking to resolve any errors within the CRM system. • Along with the CRM Manager and CRM Programme Team, working to ensure that UAL’s CRM practices are fully compliant with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). • Making full use of all information and communication technologies in adherence to data protection policies to meet the requirements of the role and to promote organisational effectiveness.
 • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that shared objectives are realised effectively and efficiently.
 • Working in accordance with the University’s Equal Opportunities Policy and the Staff Charter, promoting equality and diversity in all work.
 • Personally contributing towards reducing the university’s impact on the environment and support actions associated with the UAL Sustainability Manifesto (2016 – 2022) through .
