About me
I am an experienced editor, content producer, and content strategist specialising in food, particularly in the premium market. Throughout my career, I have developed a keen eye for content that engages and excites audiences, walking the line between SEO requirements and pleasing some of the country’s most discerning foodies. I love creating unique and intellectually-nourishing food content, whether I’m helping a brand deliver their creative vision or simply enticing readers with mouth-watering recipe inspiration.
Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work with some of the UK’s best chefs and producers, and telling the stories of their boundless passion and creativity has been a great pleasure of mine. Working closely with chefs at the cutting-edge of food has also provided me with a wealth of insider knowledge about the hospitality industry, and enabled me to spot emerging trends in food with ease.
I am also a ninja-grade recipe editor, having transformed hundreds (if not thousands) of sets of kitchen notes into easy-to-follow, cookable recipes from Michelin-level chefs.

The editor of Great British Chefs and I devised and built this sub-brand, working with our in-house des
- Great British Chefs CookbookUsing my aforementioned ninja-grade recipe editing skills, I served as recipe editor on the Great British Chefs Cookbook. This involved helping to coordinate recipe testing of all dishes and managing the feedback process with chefs to ensure the recipes were correct and achievable for the home cook without the use of any professional equipment. When the testing and feedback was complete, I set about ensuring all of the recipes were updated and polished to perfection before working with our cookb
- Regional Italian cuisine content plansTackling Italy's vast array of regional cuisines was no mean feat. Many Italian food enthusiasts will tell you that often dishes will differ from village-to-village, never mind from region-to-region. This set of work involved large-scale, long-term content planning, extracting some of the key ingredients, dishes, and cooking techniques of each Italian region by conducting a huge amount of careful research into the culinary traditions of each one. This was also an exercise in curating existing co
