  • Branding
BrandingYour brand is more than just your logo. It's the essence of your you are and a graphical representation of what your company represents. Below are just a few of the logos, colour schemes and looks that I have created. All of these came with full branding guidelines for each client, font choices and all that would be needed for future replication.
  • Peterborough Town Library
Peterborough Town LibraryEstablished in 1833, the Peterborough Town Library was the first tax-supported public library in the USA and has been at its current location since 1893. Today, it has over 64,000 visits and circulates 70,000 items annually. Having recently rebranded, the Library needed a new website that would be mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and informative. The website will be used by a wide range of people, from teens to parents with young children to job seekers. The Library’s new website needed to appeal to all of these audiences while remaining flexible for internal updating and promoting the new brand.
  • Next Stop: Democracy!
Next Stop: Democracy!“Next Stop: Democracy!” is a voter engagement project that’s asking one simple question: Can public art exhibition on Election Day help increase voter turnout?  60 artists were commissioned to create “Vote Here” signs to be installed in multiple polling locations across Philadelphia (classic, mixed media and street based). A logo, brand guidelines and website was also built to highlight partnerships, the artists profiles and where the signs were being posted. A heat map was also created on the site to track the tag #VoteNov3rd.  The heat map pulled data from social media channels where people were using this hashtag—Twitter and Instagram.  Once the data was collected, we could see how may people used this hashtag as well as their location.  We could tack the success of  this campaign and see how effective the local advertising was in each individual Philadelphia neighbourhood.
  • FastFWD
FastFWDAfter working with the Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics to secure a grant for their Philadelphia Social Enterprise Partnership, the new program needed to be brought to market. Now rebranded as FastFWD, they needed a website that would connect them with, and showcase them to, emerging social entrepreneurs around the world. To attract tech-savvy entrepreneurs, the website had to be intuitive, informative, and interactive. Slick visuals quickly captured attention, and the scrolling design made the application process easy to understand and a breeze to complete. After winning a Webby, FastFWD was thrown onto the international stage.
  • Cancer Research
Cancer ResearchThe American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) needed and new brand website and app created for a new kind of fundraiser. They were starting a sponsored spinning event. A name, logo and guidelines were created initially. This had to be based on their existing guidelines and colour scheme.  A website design and app mockup files were created to be impleemtned but their internal team.
  • PHAN
PHANPennsylvania Health Access Network (PHAN) is a coalition working to improve the quality and accessibility of Pennsylvania health coverage options. PHAN was struggling to communicate with their stakeholders because the organisation’s website offered a wealth of information but lacked cohesion and a strong visual presence. Plus, they needed a logo that was easier to use across multiple communication channels, while effectively representing a consumer movement. The PHAN logo, which felt unbalanced and was hard to use was simplified to their acronym and placing a keyhole in the “A” to represent the doorway to health coverage that PHAN provides. For the website, the navigation on the homepage was steamlined with three buttons for their primary audiences: advocates, policy leaders, and healthcare consumers.
