I’m a highly experienced strategic and creative Senior Account Director who has worked across both UK and European markets, delivering successful integrated campaigns for high profile clients. I am motivated and committed to delivering creative communication solutions to fulfil even the most complex briefs.
As part of Ford’s transition from GTB to BBDO, I was a key player, bringing my knowledge of and relationship with Ford, to make this as smooth as possible for the client, my new agency BBDO and GTB, who remained involved from a media perspective. I took the lead on the first 360 campaign, launching Fiesta, Ford’s number one car, in one of their biggest markets - UK, delivering it under the new agency model with BBDO leading the strategy , creative and production. From a European perspective, once the new brand platform was established, I delivered this through the Kuga PHEV campaign, one of Ford’s new electrified SUVs. Delivering this in another 360 campaign that ran across Europe. As well as working on B2C I was also part of the team developing a new strategy for Ford Commercial Vehicles, that encompassed not only the product but a B2B full-service offering. Throughout my time at AMV I have been able to provide leadership, support and ongoing career guidance to a newly formed team and acted as a point of escalation and communication of challenges/solutions to the client. In addition to this I was also part of the AMV Balance team, supporting health & wellness within the agency.
Overall I was responsible for the strategic & creative development of all brand and product campaigns for Ford of Britain. 2019 saw the launch of the all-new Focus, Britain's third best selling vehicle, this launched with a 360 campaign targeting both B2C and B2B audiences. Managing a team of 10+ I took the lead on this campaign ensuring it was delivered on time, on budget and on brief. I was also a Time to Change mental health champion, supporting change in the workplace to tackle mental health stigma and promoting workplace well being.
My key responsibilities included managing the strategic and creative development of integrated campaigns for key models for Ford of Britain - Fiesta, EcoSport, Kuga, Fiesta Active, across TVC, OOH, print, digital & social, quarterly and yearly forecasting and financial reporting. In addition to this I oversaw all advertising comms for FCSD and successfully managed their yearly scope of work.
Clients: Ford of Britain, Ford of Ireland As a core team member I formed part of the team that bought three agencies together to form GTB UK, training BTL comms to new team members and acquiring the skills to deliver ATL comms to ensure that everyone became part of a truly fully integrated agency. In addition to this I was also responsible for leading and developing all digital & social comms across multiple car lines & product launches including Ford of Britain's new brand campaign Unlearn and their Tier 1 sponsorship of the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Clients: Ford of Britain Working across both Retail and Fleet communications, I supported the team on the successful delivery of all digital comms, including banners, email and website. Specifically, responsible for the Fleet retainer, taking accountability for all estimates, billing and forecasting.
