I started working as ROI Analyst Intern in the Milan office (Italy HQ) and then got promoted and trasferred to EMEA HQ: London, Wavemaker Client Solutions. Role: make data-informed decisions to improve advertising ROI from clients' Marketing Mix Models. Tasks are focused on concrete data analysis to generate useful insights and feasible strategies for media plan management, in order to optimize marketing investments and improve client’s business. Research activities about Public-Private Partenerships in the Italian cultural environment. Development of articles and case studies with the support of Bocconi SDA Professor Emanuele Teti and entrepreneur Osvaldo Baione, with the aim of stimulating debate about recent trends in cultural financial and administration tools. The idea started from the thesis developed at the end of the Bachelor program, focused on the first Italian example of cultural project financing: Villa Reale di Monza.
