Currenty employed in London in a major Media Agency, after successful promotion from Italy to UK permanent role as Marketing Performance Executive. Graduate cum laude from Bocconi MSc in International Management, #9 Worldwide Master in Management (FT, 2016). Bachelor degree achieved in Management for Arts, Culture and Communication​ at Bocconi University, plus a 5-months Exchange experience at QUT, Queensland University of Technology (Australia). Where I see myself: Marketing, Communication & PR, Consulting, CRM. My favourite industries: Heritage, Media, Fitness, Food, Events, Design. My believes: Go new but don't forget your roots.     Michael Kors - Performance Measure AnalysisPerformance Measurement & Control System course project, worked in group and then presented to the class. Focusing on Michael Kors company, the project provides insights about the luxury industry, both working on qualitative and quantitative side. In particular, the work tries to explain the reasons for competitive advantage of MK, emphasizing the long term strategy of the firm and exploring the performance measurement systems currently in use.
  • UNESCO Heritage Centre Consultancy project
    UNESCO Heritage Centre Consultancy projectTeam project realised for a University workshop within the course of "Cities, Culture and Urban development". The aim was to provide Mantua and Sabbioneta Heritage Centre (Lombardy, Italy) with a complete analysis of the cultural environment and a structured operative plan for the further development of the tourism offer. Our proposal was to create a new service aligned with the recent trends of Culture 3.0: a deposit for bikes dedicated to cyclo tourists - the "Bike Box".

I started working as ROI Analyst Intern in the Milan office (Italy HQ) and then got promoted and trasferred to EMEA HQ: London, Wavemaker Client Solutions. Role: make data-informed decisions to improve advertising ROI from clients'​ Marketing Mix Models. Tasks are focused on concrete data analysis to generate useful insights and feasible strategies for media plan management, in order to optimize marketing investments and improve client’s business. Main clients: TLC, FMCG and Charity industries (Vodafone, Unicef, Sanofi, cameo, L'Oréal, UNHCR, Xerox)

Development of articles and case studies with the support of Bocconi SDA Professor Emanuele Teti and entrepreneur Osvaldo Baione, with the aim of stimulating debate about recent trends in cultural financial and administration tools. The idea started from the thesis developed at the end of the Bachelor program, focused on the first Italian example of cultural project financing: Villa Reale di Monza.
