I'm George, a graphic design graduate living in Brighton. I'm all about exploring big ideas, playing with bold colours and being pragmatic to arrive at solutions that are simple, beautiful and functional. My focus is on branding & identity, with interests extending into poster and layout design, motion graphics and web/app design.

    Shout BoxBrief Build a brand around a cause that means something to you. Insight The ‘Man Box’ is a preconceived set of beliefs that are taught to men throughout their lives. These ideals significantly contribute towards rates of male suicide in the UK. Solution Subvert the Man Box into ‘Shout Box’, a inclusive physical space which men can enter to vocalise the feelings that society often encourages them to bottle up.

    Virgin Wing ItThis was a D&AD New Blood Awards winning submission for Virgin Atlantic. The brief was to create a new name, brand and set of assets for Virgin’s Flight + Hotel sub-brand that encouraged people to be more spontaneous and give it a try. My Solution was to build an identity that removes the detrimentally overwhelming choice presented when booking a holiday.     Stumble Trip TheatreStumble Trip Theatre approached me to design their Tour and PSHE workshop packs along with the poster for their run of “Heather & Harry’’ shows at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2018. It was essential that the documents captured the theatres playful and joyful presence whilst at the same time maintain a professional outfit particularly considering the sensitive content discussed in the PSHE workshop pack.
