But this simple action, when partnered with Inner Child Visualisation therapy, can really combat negative thinking patterns. It reminds us to speak kindly to ourselves by posing the question: What would I say to my 5 year old self? and why wouldn’t I say that to myself now? Its a social media campaign in partnership with YoungMinds to encourage young people to enjoy a bit of self love this Summer.

    A Colourful LifeA colourful life is a really special project, creating colouring books for people with dementia. We used photos submitted by family members of people suffering from dementia and created bespoke colouring books for them. As they coloured, they began to remember and reminisce about the past.
