About me
I provide expert evaluation to accelerate culture change, evidence education initiatives, and demonstrate where organisations can improve. I am a passionate and dedicated evaluator with more than 15 years of research experience and a PhD. I specialise in creating bespoke evaluations in education highlighting what works, for whom and why. I create clear, accessible, high-quality research that showcases to clients how to drive positive change through their initiative. All my projects work towards the same aim: to make education accessible to everyone. I adopt an equality approach to conducting and disseminating research; by being mindful of the ask, dropping the jargon, providing mentoring and training, and targeting results for maximum impact.
