  • Hannah Griffin-James

Evaluating a reciprocal teaching programme to provide research mentorship and well-being to improve graduate outcomes and access to doctoral study for Black students. I used a mixed method difference-in-difference design to evaluate the programme's impact. Methods: Theory of change │ In-person and online interviews │ Listening Rooms │ Diaries │ Observations │ Pre and post questionnaires │ Skills audit Outcome: Evidenced what worked and critical areas for improvement and provided evidence-based reports and presentations that were pivotal in accessing further funding and expanding the programme.
