Evidencing the impact of equality, diversity and inclusion iniatives

Evaluating an investment into eleven equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives for scientists. I used a mixed-methods approach to collect evidence of the impact of the investment into a portfolio of projects across the UK. Methods: Theory of change │Survey │Online interviews │ Online focus Groups Outcome: Evidence-based recommendations to provide direction for where best to target future funding that would accelerate culture change. I collated a large body of evidence to showcase the changes, and the client used this evidence to generate promotion materials.
