    Reveal Your Brows Full PotentialCampaign to support the relaunch of Brow Build Gel, that builds volume, definition and texture in an instant. Used across boutiques in Notting in Hill and Westfield White City and premium concessions in Fenwick of Bond Street, Selfridges Oxford Street and Liberty, as well as all digital and social media channels. Using torn paper textures as a device to ‘reveal’ your brows FULL potential once you apply the product and as a twist on traditional before and after imagery.

    Back to BasicsCampaign to support a new year promotion going back to basics focusing on quick and easy yet effective rituals to make you look and feel good. Used across boutiques in Notting in Hill and Westfield White City and premium concessions in Fenwick of Bond Street, Selfridges Oxford Street and Liberty, as well as all digital and social media channels. Imagery was kept simple to reflect Back to Basics theme with healthy brows and glowing skin.

Inspired by Indian Summer - using long shadows and warm colours to evoke the feeling of golden hour and tropical foliage to highlight brows and product.

Inspired by her eclectic wardrobe and minimalist gold accessories the packaging is embossed with a stingray print highlighted with spot gloss varnish while her logo is accented with gold foil to create a chic and luxurious finish.

Key Responsibilities * Help to develop the clear, innovative and well-defined style and aesthetic of the Blink Brow Bar brand. * Create and deliver clear Brand Guidelines and ensure these are rolled out and adhered to across every area of the business. * Conceptualise and execute original and unique creative across digital and bricks & mortar retail marketing. * Develop consistent yet refreshing layouts and image treatment for social media & marketing emails * Consider inventive and unique ways of displaying content when limited with design assets. * Art direct still life shoots, product swatching, model, video shoots and e-comm shoots. * Responsible for imagery selection/editing/cropping, overseeing retouching rounds, post-production and colour-matching. * Development and maintenance of relationships with creative teams within beauty industry, including agencies representing them and staying abreast of creative talent within the industry globally, including photographers, stylists, models, set designers, hair and make up artists. * Oversee and execute end-to-end shoot logistics and pre & post-production on small to large-scale stories.
