About me

My work is about helping people communicate and connect. I’m an experienced Brand Consultant, and therapist qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), currently halfway through my Masters Diploma to become a fully-licensed Psychotherapist. With +10 years’ experience working in brand development and marketing, I’ve worked with businesses of all sizes, whether helping budding start-ups to grow, or big corporations rediscover their identity. The issues in business are often the same that we face as individuals - we can easily lose sight of who we really are and find ourselves lost. Alongside my brand work, I'm passionate about positive social change and am always keen to work with schools, universities and businesses on projects that make a difference.
