I was promoted from Senior Account Director to Group Account Director, heading up the Diageo account, primarily working on Baileys Irish Cream. Highlights include developing the business to deliver on and offline relationship marketing and promotional activity for Baileys in UK, Europe & globally. This represented revenue growth of 145% in a 12-month period. My remit evolved to include Unilever, Benecol and Emirates Airlines. Unilever saw us deliver a digital relationship marketing programme, withDove, which generated over 40% in annual AWP for the brand.
● Owned the agency’s sales, marketing and PR activity, constantly monitoring it to meet annual new business sales targets, including leading responses to RFP/ITT ● Managed sales pipeline for EHS Brann and co-ordinated Group opportunities within the Euro RSCG Worldwide network
● Re-structured Churchill’s marketing strategy, taking a data driven approach to tailor campaign messaging, increasing effectiveness of customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell activity ● New product launch and data driven prospecting campaigns for Peugeot, including launch of new 407 and 1007 across Europe ● Ran an award-winning ‘Perfect Match’ campaign (Cannes Lions Bronze winner 2004), launching Habitat’s Autumn/Winter ‘03 catalogue nationwide
