About me
Senior Designer, based in Manchester with experience working across a wide range of sectors. I am fascinated by the built environment, especially how people interact with places and how design can improve and create a sense of place.

  • The Print Project
    The Print ProjectThis was a self initiated project, sparked from my interest in print making and 'traditional' print making techniques. I researched into studios that were still using interesting print methods within their work or had facilities for others to use. I began by contacting 34 individual studios and then visited 8 that were based all over the country.   • Liverpool Irish Festival
    Liverpool Irish FestivalThe Liverpool Irish Festival 2014 aimed to focus on the rich culture and arts which both Liverpool and Ireland share. For this event we were asked by the festival to bring together both local illustrators and designers but also visiting sellers from Ireland. The event was held at The Bluecoat Gallery in Liverpool.   • Inprint at the Bauhaus
    Inprint at the BauhausIn the October of 2013 we were able to go over to spend time with the students and tutors of Graphic Design at Anhalt University, Dessau in Germany. This was the second half of the Inprint Exchange in which we teamed up with Liverpool John Moores University and Anhalt University to give students the chance to sell their work in a foreign environment.     Syrup Magazine Issue 3Syrup is a platform founded by Emily Briselden Waters and Grace Crannis to create experiences, work with communities and design exhibitions. Syrup magazine features the work of artists, writers, illustrators, designers, photographers, and researchers. The magazine is open to all: creating a place for like minded people to examine the boundaries between contemporary feminist issues and creative practices.     Inprint FestivalInprint is a design and illustration fair focusing on all things print, we also host exhibitions and workshops in the North West. We use ourselves as a platform to promote emerging talent from local creatives and bring them together to network and share experience at our events.   • Inprint at Tate Liverpool
    Inprint at Tate LiverpoolWe were approached by members of Tate Liverpool and the Tate Collective to host a one day event as part of their week long festival, Blueprint. The festival aimed to promote the arts to young people in Liverpool. As part of the event we hosted a large print fair as well as an open discussion about starting a small business which featured members of The Double Negative, Tusk Journal and Spiel Magazine.
