I have been a self employed as Creative Producer and Digital Operator since 2017. I have a passion for people, stories and making them come alive in an authentic way. I hope to continue my journey in producing and being the person people can come to in the difficult times as well as the good.

I bring with me a M1 Macbook Pro, Eizo monitor, powered hub, hardrives, tethers and card readers. We rent the lighting equipment from the studio. You can see below a picture of "my office" and a sample image of that day. Ecmommerce jobs are great days because we get to shoot alot of content in a short amount of time without doing any major changes to the set.

- I manage the logistics of teams in creating e-commerce imagery for Asos.com. I am the primary point of contact and responsible for the successful execution of shoots.
- I am able to communicate effectively with the team to ensure the shots meet the brand guidelines. I’ve developed strong working relationships with my teams, promoting an approachable attitude and working with them as creative individuals to bring out the best in their skills.
- I am able to advise the Photographer on shot composition and assist them with Capture One by pulling from my technical expertise. I am consistently able to meet the shoot targets on time and adapt to changes in circumstances.
- I use my knowledge of current trends and brand personality to inform my selection of images.
- I have been working on a freelance basis for 2 years and progressed from a trainee Shoot Leader to Shoot Producer in 6 months. I am now relied upon to support bigger creative shoots for Asos Design Majority and Adopter. Some of the shoots I have produced have seen a 200% increase in sales.
- Working here has allowed me to practice my skills within the Asos framework so I can produce, communicate and troubleshoot more effectively.
