It is likely that a particular growth area for this market will be with young professionals living in urban areas. Design a service system that would appeal and be tailored to the special needs of this target group. 53% of customers prefer to shop online using a supermarket app over its website because it is a quicker process but 40% still get frustrated when shopping or paying on mobile.
