About me
Hello, thanks for popping by! I am a multi passionate entrepreneur with a love for business. My career journey has taken me right around the houses to get to the wonderful world of coaching. I set up my coaching practice because I spent years looking like I was running a successful business. Technically it was and still is successful, I have designed for the likes of Vogue, BBC, ITV, Christian Louboutin, Selfridges, Mulberry and Google and have been featured in Stylist, Vogue, GQ, Creative review, Tatler and Harpers Bazaar. Outwardly I was achieving great success, but I was creating from a place of fear, working all the hours and judging myself. I thought being hard on myself was an admirable trait. My design business took off when I cleaned up my mind. I don’t subscribe to the hustle mentality, if you asked me about that a few years ago I probably would have told you I invented it. The biggest news I ever heard was ‘it doesn't have to be hard’ I am here to help you build a life and business that is joyful, impactful and financially sustainable. I have long had a love for podcasts about business, psychology and coaching, I spent a good few years sharing business and mindset tips through social media and I found that people really wanted this advice. I went on to work with a coach with the intention of growing my design business, and that is when everything changed for me. Until I got coached I had never been able to admit to myself that I wanted to be a coach, I would not even let my brain go there, after working through some mindset blocks and answering some tricky questions I was finally honest with myself and decided to make the biggest investment in myself to date, I decided get certified as a life coach. I fully showed up for myself and bet on myself, now I want to help you do the same. If you're curious about coaching but not quite sure what to expect, you can watch videos of my clients talking about there experience of being coached by me here: https://www.jessicadance.com/happy-clients

If you are doing something you love, this will help you to withstand the tough times, it will also help you differentiate yourself from others because you are focusing on something that you actually care about. This is authenticity.
  • Stop waiting to be discovered
Stop waiting to be discoveredThe universe has been telling me lately I need to talk about “waiting to be discovered”. Multiple clients in the last couple of months have uncovered a belief that they need to wait to be discovered, I say HELL TO THE NO, you do not need to wait.
  • California Avocados

  • Barbie X Vogue
Barbie X VogueWhen Vogue commissioned me to design the interior for the Vogue X Barbie dream house, I knew right away it was a dream job. Every part of the interior was handcrafted using a combination of materials, such as balsa wood, paper, fimo, and various textiles. The furniture was based on iconic design classics, I recreated each piece at 1:6 scale. Photography: Metz & Racine
  • The Magic ingredient for success
The Magic ingredient for success6 steps for cultivating the habit of persistence. Today I’m sharing the magic ingredient which has been the key to reaching all of my goals. That magic ingredient is persistence. I have set myself lots of goals over the years, and I have coached hundreds of creatives that set wonderful goals. What I have observed is that persistence is the difference between success and failure. A lack of persistence is what keeps most people from accomplishing their goals. Continue reading below....
