I’m Joe, a versatile & creative designer from London.
  • Parish WinesBrand identity for Parish Wines, a forward thinking wine bar in Walthamstow Village. The aim was to make it feel accessible for anyone, whether you know a thing about wine or not, moving away from the stuffy old world image of wine bars where you can't tell if you can wear trainers inside, that have unapproachable and slightly elitist feeling.

  • 26 Furnival StreetBranding for a pub opening next to a printworks converted into a hotel. The brand is a subtle nod to the history of the building, without being twee, and being recognisable from the other end of the street, which is Chancery Lane.

  • Natural Language ProcessingChallenge The UK customer services team of a leading global financial institution was inundated with 60,000 emails daily. Unsurprisingly it was taking up to two weeks for the team to manually categorise the emails for the right department to respond. This meant it was taking up to a month to get back to customer queries. Which naturally antagonised consumers further. Emails were categorised into three sections: complaints, feedback, and queries.
