Challenge Scotch & Soda, Amsterdam’s leading fashion boutique retailer, appointed AnalogFolk as their first global digital experience agency in 2018. Scotch & Soda is an iconic brand, creating unique collections for men, women, boys and girls since 1985. Today they have 115 stores and over 100 franchises worldwide. The brand is inspired by the world, and curated in Amsterdam and the designers create with this frame of mind: entrepreneurial, adventurous, curious in both the heritage and the future of our world. But the retail landscape is changing and their digital ecosystem fell behind – not reflecting the worldly consumer or the brand experience Scotch & Soda pride themselves on. It was essential for them to deliver a consistent brand experience to consumers across all touch points.

We examined and reconsidered the full customer journey, delivering against Scotch & Soda’s brand and digital ambitions - accelerating innovation, creating worldly and curious experiences with the consumer at the heart.
The first step, we redesigned the Scotch & Soda flagship online store reflecting the same spirit, creativity and craftsmanship they pour into the collections.
The new site, considered to be the new global flagship store, delivers a state of the art digital experience tying together the Scotch & Soda brand story with a highly effective e-commerce store to create an overall frictionless experience.
It closes the gap between the physical stores and online presence in a seamless way – every point in our consumer’s shopping journey breathes the same natural born curiosity.
The website relaunch marks the first step in a three year vision for Scotch & Soda to become a leading fashion brand that combines connected, seamless and personalised experiences that help its customers find their own unique style and the clothes they love; in turn driving higher engagement, loyalty and delivering growth for the business.
