About me
20 Years ago I spotted a gap. Leaders lacked ways to think about their future - without being sold to. I knew this because that’s what happened to me. Whatever challenge I set, their advice seemed compromised. Management consultants, Marketing agencies - anyone who was offering the leadership a service seemed intent on remaining a dependency over time. It’s their business model.
Projects
  • Some Big Hits
Some Big HitsIn the spirit of learning and sharing, axioms and quotations are powerful ways for us to realise profound concepts that are often put better by others. These are just a few of them alongside some visual straplines that we've used in a variety of communications and projects over the last year or so.
  • Life Lines
Life LinesI meet a lot of people and not surprisingly have a lot of very similar conversations. They are common themes because as peers and like minded people the themes will naturally be on our minds. I have shared many of them over the years and here's a short collection of them.
  • Making The Complex Simple
Making The Complex SimpleIt's not easy. Making strategies and building plans is hard. We get asked to do the impossible and it's unique each time. Boiling it down to a simple story is definitely not easy. Using visuals helps.
  • The Re/Story
The Re/StoryAs we emerged from the CV-19 lockdown these images were part of the process - survey - virtual creative/strategy sessions.
  • Using Creativity To Solve Business Challenges
Using Creativity To Solve Business ChallengesWe use structures, mostly visual, and critical thinking in direct collaboration with leaders. We drag the winning path kicking and screaming from the chaos and complexity that surrounds us these days.
  • Explaining Our Approach - Visually

Group Partners We help clients avoid solving the wrong problem really well. It relies on critical thinking. weapons-grade rationale and logic. It’s about creating safe spaces for people to be challenged and think. Visually. At a high level, it’s a sequence of critical interventions. It works. But crucially it’s about arming the business with the tools to get the job done. It’s sustainable.
